Saturday, April 20, 2024 - Raised Bed Garden Frames For Sale

Image
Raised beds are often more productive than beds in the ground because the soil is less compacted, has better drainage, and warms earlier in the spring, meaning that plants will start to grow earlier in the season. These frames measure 32” wide x 47” long x 7.5” high. With their metal hinged corners, they fold up for easy storage when not in use, and with their flanged bottoms, they are stackable to keep your plants protected as they grow taller. These frames are surplus to our needs, so we are offering to sell them to you. Limited quantity available… we will not be receiving any more, so once these are sold they will no longer be offered. Buy 1 or 2 at $25 each, or 3 or more at $20 each.

Friday, April 19, 2024 – Welcome Message

Welcome to our new website ( www.elliottfarmservices.ca ) and to our new blog. We hope to keep you informed about the goings on around the farm and the garden. We are unsure on how the ground thawing is progressing, because the temperature out here has been dropping to colder than -10°C each night. Remember, we are at least 5°C cooler out here than it is in the City of Edmonton (nice in the summer, not so much in the winter). For a more accurate weather forecast here, check out the one for Elk Island National Park.
