  As every gardener knows, getting weeds in the garden is as natural as a fish swimming in the ocean. Sometimes though, there just isn’t enough time to pull them all, so we opt to use a quicker method by applying herbicide. Below is a recipe for a natural weed killer that is more environmentally friendly than using synthetic chemicals. Natural Herbicide Recipe ·          1 gallon of white vinegar ·          2 cups Epsom salts ·          ¼ cup biodegradable dish soap   INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE AND USE HERBICIDE   Mix the Ingredients Mix all the ingredients in a large container or spray bottle.     Used coffee grounds can be used in the garden as a fertilizer, compost ingredient, and soil amendment to improve drainage and add nutrients like nitrogen, potassium, and phosphorus. They can also help deter some pests and are a favourite of earthworms. How to use coffee grounds in the garden ·          Compost: Add used coffee grounds to your compost bin.
